Coaching

I run one-on-one virtual coaching sessions for software engineers, open source maintainers, and mental health community organizers. My coaching emphasizes personal accountability, healthy boundaries, and self-love. I am inspired by and constantly learning about transformative justice and community-based healing practices. I am not a mental health care professional, so I highly recommend seeking mental health treatment and resources if you need it.

I am a seasoned software engineering leader and teacher, mental health activist, and open source maintainer who has been mentoring, sponsoring, and coaching folks in the tech industry, particularly folks from underrepresented or marginalized communities, since 2013. Learn more about me 🌻
